In 2005, I committed
my time and energy to building a family business around
integrity and quality work for the customer. Most
of my day is centered on meeting with customers to
constantly adapt a cleaning schedule that best suits
their needs.
I'm blessed with an
amazing wife, Jenn, and 2 children. I have been a
resident of St. Charles County since 2005 after graduating
from Truman State University and being honorably discharged
from the U.S. Army.

has been a valued member of Donley Services since 2004
and contributes the growth of the company to dedication,
hard work, and honesty. Brad’s straightforward
honest approach combined with his expertise in the building
service contract cleaning has allowed Donley Services
to achieve its high level of client satisfaction. Brad’s
most important goal for 2010 is grow the Carpet and
Hard surface floor cleaning company by 25 percent.
Brad
Donley is married to his wife, Sara, and they live in
St Charles County. He enjoys, hiking, traveling, and
St Louis Cardinals baseball.

Each account is assigned to either Brad or Joe as an individual
account manager. We will make phone calls, email, or make “house
calls” in order to ensure that every account is managed properly.
As we have mentioned, customer satisfaction is our top priority,
and as the leadership of the staff, we view it as our responsibility
to exceed the customer’s expectation. We identify opportunities
to improve before they become problems, and we address concerns
immediately as they come up. Our customers have loved the direct
access to their individual account manager.
We view our business as unique in our industry because our customers
are not kept by contract but by service. We are so confident in
our service that we offer 30-day “outs” from day one
in our service agreements.
